Return Policy

At our store, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund, return, and order policies carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

• The item must be returned using the return instructions or return label provided by our customer service team.

• Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.

To request a return, please email us at commoich@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and reason for requesting the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

• A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns.

• Original shipping charges, priority processing fees, insurance fees, and similar service charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to that address.

If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• We can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed.

• The customer must pay the reshipping and handling fee.

• If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for the item price only, less the 30% restocking fee.

• Original shipping charges, priority processing fees, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

If a package sent to an incorrect address is not returned to us because it is lost in transit, refused by the receiving facility, or destroyed by the carrier, no cash refund will be issued. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price toward a replacement order.

Returned to Sender

If you provided the correct shipping address and the package is returned to us by the carrier for reasons outside your control, we will reship the order to the same address at no additional shipping charge.

If you request shipment to a different address, you will be responsible for the new shipping and handling fee.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because many of our items are made, printed, or prepared to order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.

After that time, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Orders for apparel, mugs, ornaments, personalized items, and other print-on-demand products cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Items marked as clearance, final sale, or otherwise listed as non-returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

These items may not include original packaging and are sold as is, except where prohibited by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at commoich@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your full name.

• Order number.

• A description of the problem.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we confirm the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refund and Replacement Time Limit

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking information shows the order was delivered.

If more than 60 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other country-specific charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, fees, or delivery issues caused by customs processing in the destination country.
